Accepting the check is Russ, Manager Larry Jamerson and SFC Bruce Heatley, who has 20 years of service, 12 years active, and 8 years reserve. He did all 3 campaigns of Operation Desert Storm, has done 2 tours of Iraqi Freedom, and is going back in January for a third. He is the real "hero" of this story.
